At Hamel’s All Natural Dog Treats, your satisfaction and your pet’s safety are extremely important to us. Because our products are food items, we follow strict guidelines to ensure quality and safety.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the nature of pet food and treats, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened packages, including products that have been partially consumed. This policy helps us maintain food safety standards for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible.

Allergies & Pet Sensitivities

Every pet is different. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before feeding. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities once the product has been opened or used.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
